our visionary founder, began his journey as a welder in Pakistan, working on landmark projects like the Mangla Dam in Jhelum in 1965 with Chicago Bridge Limited Company and with BASREC Bahrain in 1969.In the 1980s, Mazhar moved to the UAE and joined Marine Engineering & Services Co. FZC (L.L.C), where he perfected his welding skills and expanded his expertise. In 2003, he established Reality Engineering Services, quickly landing major projects with clients such as Overseas AST, Dry Dock Dubai, and Alico Aluminum Glass. After Mazhar’s passing in 2020, his son, Faisal Abbas Mazhar, took the helm, leading the company in projects with Lamprell and Al Bahar CAT Heavy Equipment Company. Building on this legacy, Reality Electromechanical Contracting L.L.C. was recently founded by Samina Mazhar to further expand the company’s industry reach.Our story is one of resilience, skill, and dedication, embodying the values Mazhar Hussain instilled from the beginning.
